One of the most prominent features of the project is that the executing company chose a distinctive location to build this huge project in order to be close to several different places and important roads in the New Capital, where the choice fell on the eighth residential neighborhood, R8, specifically in plot H1. The 8th Residential District, R8, is distinguished by its proximity to all other residential neighborhoods, in addition to being close to many commercial projects that provide all the services and facilities that residents need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The main street of the compound overlooks the Republican Palace, the Parliament building, and the Misr Mosque, while the back street of the compound includes a group of international schools and commercial markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
